Group Restorative Yoga Begins on Zoom Tomorrow

Yoga classes will officially commence tomorrow, marking the start of an exciting journey towards enhanced physical, mental and spiritual unification.

These classes are scheduled to take place every Tuesday evening at 6:00 PM, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind, stretch, and connect spiritually after a long day, as well as every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM, allowing participants to kickstart their weekend with a calming spiritually focused session that cultivates physical as well as mentally & emotional flexibility.

Each class will be designed to cater to various skill levels, ensuring that both beginners and experienced yogis can find their place and benefit from the practice.

As we embark on this new year, our first class will introduce a special meditation session aimed at helping participants connect with their Guardian Angel. This unique experience will guide you through a tranquil meditation designed to foster a deep sense of peace and inner awareness. During this session, you will be encouraged to quiet your mind and open your heart, allowing you to tap into the protective and guiding energy of your Guardian Angel. This meditation not only serves as a wonderful introduction to the spiritual aspect of yoga but also promotes emotional healing and personal growth, setting a positive tone for the rest of the year ahead on a full moon no less!

I invite everyone to join us on this transformative journey, where you will not only improve your physical flexibility and strength but also cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the universe. My goal is to teach you how to have your own direct experiences in hearing or feeling your own higher self and the angels.

Classes provide relaxation, stress relief, a sense of community and the beginning or continuation of amplifying your spiritual connection. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
