Happy New Year! I am so excited for this new cycle!

But first, in late October I slipped a disk in my lower back and couldn’t stand or walk for very long. This situation persisted for 4 months. If I was sitting, I had no discomfort. Evenings could tend to be uncomfortable and sleeping wasn’t great.

Fast forward to March. I am fully recovered. As a result of not exercising and sitting I put on weight and I am ready to start a new health regime and drop the weight. I am also completing a year with the Lightarian® Institute, and I feel completely reborn.

How Lightarian Attunements Deepen My Work as a Jyotish and Karmic Mapping Practitioner

My work has always lived at the intersection of the practical and the spiritual. As a Jyotish practitioner, I map the karmic architecture of a person’s life—the patterns they inherited, the contracts they carry, and the cycles that shape their growth. As a karmic mapper, I help clients understand how those patterns play out in relationships, families, and group fields. It is always fascinating to learn about karmic contracts within families and even businesses.

The addition of Lightarian® attunements didn’t create a new branch of my work. It completed it.

In my new energetic body and the new year, I have decided to do another 5 days fast and then move on from there with a nourishing routine that will be easy to maintain.

So of course, I started researching the best day for me to start a fast that will reset my new system and help with a successful outcome.

Every reset has a right timing—an opening in the larger rhythm of life when the body, mind, and karmic field are most receptive to change. For me, that window arrives on March 18, a day shaped by rare alignment between my personal astrology, the lunar calendar, and the deeper work I’m doing to build a new lineage of health, clarity, and emotional sovereignty.

This isn’t about superstition. It’s about choosing a moment when the energetic weather supports the work I’m stepping into.

A Jupiter Day for a Jupiter Practice

Right now, I’m in a Saturn–Venus–Jupiter–Jupiter period—a sequence that amplifies Jupiter’s influence in my life. Jupiter governs renewal, purification, wisdom, and the kind of gentle expansion that comes from returning to what is true.

On March 18, Jupiter is:

• Direct

• In my first house (the body, identity, and physical vitality)

• In Punarvasu, a nakshatra of return, restoration, and “becoming whole again”

• Activated by the Jupiter–Jupiter sub‑period

This creates a rare “triple Jupiter” moment. Starting a fast under this influence isn’t just symbolic—it aligns my physical reset with the planet that governs healing, sattva, and long-term growth.

The Moon Supports a Clean Beginning

The Moon’s phase and placement matter when initiating anything that touches the body or emotional field. On March 18, the Moon is in a waxing phase, a time traditionally used for building strength, renewing habits, and calling in new patterns.

The tithi and nakshatra on this day support:

• purification

• clarity

• discipline

• spiritual reset

• sustainable new beginnings

It’s a day that says: Start something that will grow with you.

The Last Clean Day Before Saturn Shifts

On March 22, my cycle shifts into Saturn–Venus–Jupiter–Saturn. Saturn is excellent for structure and maintenance, but it’s not ideal for initiating a fast. Saturn brings weight, seriousness, and karmic pressure—useful once the reset is underway, but not for day one.

March 18 is the final moment before that shift, the last day when Jupiter’s lightness and clarity fully support the beginning of a physical and spiritual cleanse.

How This Reset Supports My New Offering: The Lightarian® Lineage Repair Pathway

This fast isn’t happening in isolation. It’s part of a larger evolution in my work—one that has been quietly forming over the past year as I’ve completed my own lineage rupture, reclaimed sovereignty, and stabilized a new emotional field for myself and my family.

As I open this new pathway for clients, I want to begin from a place of clarity, steadiness, and spiritual coherence. March 18 gives me that foundation.
